Shipping & Handling
Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order", "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on this as well as the type of shipment (box, road cases, pallets etc.)
Please note that the process between reception of payment and shipment takes 4-6 business days on average. Tracking information gets updated as soon as the order has been shipped. We cannot provide tracking to you before this is done.
You can see each product's tracking number attached to your order as soon as it get's shipped out.
Entering your full address when filling out your order allows us to more accurately calculate shipping costs. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping.
Please note that we are a rental company, so it could take up to 12 business days to process an order for shipment. It must be removed from inventory, tested, and prepped for shipment. This process only begins once payment has been received.
Items over 90lbs must be shipped on pallets. Certain items can be shipped inside their road cases. Items shipped in road cases are more likely to be damaged during transport.
You can choose this option at your own discretion.
Road cases shipped on pallets must be on double pallets and shrink wrapped to protect the wheel's from being damaged by forklift during transport.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to the sold equipment shall pass to the customer upon full payment. The risk of loss and damage to the sold items shall be borne by the customer upon their reception of the items.
All sales are final.
We cannot refund for an item after it has been shipped.
If you request a refund before the items have shipped, with a written request containing the reasons for refund, we can review it case by case and give out refunds accordingly.
In the odd case that you've purchased an item, and we see that it is damaged or does not meet requirements for sale. We will inform you of this, with photos of the damaged gear when available, and promptly refund you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Provided that the customer has not modified the sold equipment not removed the sold equipment's serial number, Used AV warrants that the sold equipment (i) shall conform to the specifications, if any, set forth in the invoice; (ii) shall be free of defects in material, workmanship or design; (iii) shall be of merchantable quality and are fit for the intended purpose for which they are manufactured.
This warranty is not applicable (i) if defect to sold equipment is due to improper operation or maintenance of the sold equipment by or on behalf of the client; (ii) in case of normal wear and tear, under normal usage; (iii) if defect to sold equipment is caused by a Force Majeure event; or (iv) any repair or maintenance of the sold equipment was done by any person other than Used AV.
If a sold item fails to comply with any specification of the invoice, Used AV shall, following a written notice of such defect send by client within a reasonable delay, promptly correct such defect by replacing the sold equipment, at our expense.
