Located in the USA, but will ship worldwide. If sold in pairs, each stack will come with a custom dual/tall Undercover padded cover. If sold individually, only (2) single/short covers are available. One single rack does not have a caster kit, but will come with a case over style case which has a wheel kit. These were purchased brand new in 2022, 2023 and 2024. One of them was purchased second hand, but I believe that rack is a 2020 manufacture date. Pricing is half of online. So, price is firm.
