The D&B J-SUB Subwoofer is a 3-driver, 18" bass-reflex design that produces stunning cardioid or hypercardioid subwoofer performance. This subwoofer shares the same width as the D&B J8 and D&B J12 loudspeakers, and is equipped with compatible flying fittings. The bass reflex design uses three 18" high excursion drivers, one of which radiates to the rear to produce an astonishingly clear and powerful low end. The D&B J-SUB subwoofer is the perfect way to supplement your J8 or J12 loudspeakers in any setting. This actively driven 3-way bass-reflex design provides accurate and powerful low frequency reproduction, while the cardioid dispersion pattern ensures that unwanted energy behind the system is reduced. Made from marine plywood, this durable subwoofer can withstand the elements and provides superior sound quality. The D&B J-SUB features a front and rear metal grill for protection, eight handles for easy transport, and four 100 mm wheels for added mobility. For the ultimate in audio performance, the D&B J-SUB also features an EP5 or NL8 connector. The D&B J-SUB cabinet can be used for ground stacking or flying, making it a versatile addition to any sound reinforcement setup. The 2-Way active mode for the J-SUB requires two channels of the D80/30D.
